Boundary Sensitivity Studies
Performed load flow system sensitivity studies using National Grid's Power System Analysis Software, (ELLA), on boundary power transfers across Great Britain, reporting critical contingencies for the loss of particular Combined Cycle Gas Turbine, (CCGT), generators around the network, using the 2015 Gone Green Generation Background Data.
Further work entailed sensitivity studies at a new Blyth CCGT and a study at Boundary 7A, which is located at an internal interconnector with Scotland and England.
